Our placement procedure includes the following steps:
• We undertake a detailed study of our client’s businesses so that we are able to screen the right candidates to suit the personality and environment of our clients.
• We compile a competency based job specification.
• We search our database for a suitable candidate.
• We advertise in the right media to attract the right candidates
• If no candidate fits the specification, we network and headhunt until we find the most suitable person for the position.
• We will screen, interview and do reference checks and integrity checks on all suitable candidates.
• We will short-list and compile CVs for those that make the grade.
• We will set up interviews between candidates and clients.
• We will assist in the short listing and selection process until the perfect candidate has been placed.
• Regret all unsuccessful candidates
• Constant liaison with the candidate and client on all candidates placed by us.
